Zombie Fund
A VC firm that can't raise a new fund, and thus can't make new investments.

Zombie Startup
A company that shows little to no growth in web traffic in the past year that claims to still be operating.
Example: They claim to be a big deal, but they've had almost zero growth in the last two years. What a zombie startup.
